Talent Operations Manager / Director

The Role

Today, Veeva is one of the fastest companies to hit one billion in revenue and we have our sights to reach 10,000 employees worldwide by 2025. To help drive this scale, we are building out our first Talent Attraction team. Talent Attraction is responsible for strategically partnering with the business to attract and hire top talent, developing a compelling end-to-end candidate experience, and driving Veeva’s employer brand.

An ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and optimizing operational processes with demonstrated experience selecting and implementing HR software and/or third party tools. You’re exceptionally strong with gathering data from multiple sources and turning it into valuable, actionable insights. This role serves as the hub for talent systems, data, processes, and compliance, enabling our global hiring teams to more effectively attract and engage top talent.

We are a distributed team and this role may be located at one of our East Coast offices (New York or Boston) or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do
Owns and implements our talent systems, operations, training, third-party vendor relationships, administration, and contract negotiation (e.g. LinkedIn, ATS, etc.)
Use data to identify opportunities to improve our talent processes as well as create business cases to introduce tools and resources that drive enablement
Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for talent process improvement. Ensure alignment with other Employee Success strategies and initiatives.
Lead analytics and reporting for Talent Attraction, ensuring data integrity, developing and managing dashboards, completing ad-hoc analyses, and evolving approaches based on customer feedback
Ensure process documentation, workflows, SLAs are captured and optimized across the Talent Attraction team
Manage GDPR and other global compliance requirements, partnering with Legal, People Operations and the Business Partner teams.


Requirements Managed a team of 3+ Experience implementing and managing software and/or talent platforms Advanced Excel skills and or experience with BI tools and analytics such as Tableau, Domo, etc Exceptional project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects that require collaboration across the organization Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for key business decisions Consistent execution with attention to detail Nice to Have Knowledge of employment law
